This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen New Star Technology Co., Ltd. (“NOVA ESTRELA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information on our websites and in the course of providing B2B machine-safety products and services.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to our websites, contact/RFQ forms, email and messaging interactions, events, and after-sales support. It does not cover third-party sites we don’t control.

2) What we collect

Business contact data: name, job title, company, country/region, email, phone, WeChat/WhatsApp (if provided).

RFQ/Order data: machine/application details, specifications, commercial terms, shipping/billing info.

Support data: installation/commissioning notes, logs, photos you choose to share.

Device & usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies/SDKs for site performance and analytics.

Recruiting data (if applicable): CV/resume, work history (provided by you).

3) Sources

Information comes directly from you, from your organization, from resellers/distributors acting on your instruction, and automatically via our site/analytics.

4) How we use data (purposes)

• Provide, quote, fulfill, and service products (contract performance).
• Improve quality and safety documentation; prevent fraud/abuse (legitimate interests).
• Send service messages and—where permitted—product/industry updates (consent/legitimate interests).

We apply technical and organizational measures such as TLS encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and supplier due-diligence. No method is 100% secure; please notify us of any suspected incident.

11) Your rights

• EEA/UK/Switzerland: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent; lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• California (CPRA): right to know/access, delete, correct; opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” (not applicable as we do not sell/share); non-discrimination; use an authorized agent.
